iRejuvenate Step 1, Lifting Pro-Youth Face Oil was tested by an independent laboratory for antioxidant activity. Over 50 tests were performed to find natural and effective antioxidants. It was a long journey, and in the end we found the right ones and more tests had to be done to get the right concentration because too much antioxidant can become pro-oxidant, causing skin aging instead!

We select our ingredients not only on the basis of their origin and quality, but also on the clinical and scientific data behind them. For example:

- tests on the lupin seed extract (Step 1) shows that it reduces jowls (chin) volume by 15.7% and increases skin elasticity by 11.2% after 89 days;
- tests on rice bran extract (Step 1) show 50% decrease in wrinkle appearance in 4 weeks;
- tests on the Chlorella extract (Step 2) show a 25% reduction in redness from spider veins after 89 days, and a significant reduction of dark circles after 28 days;
- 28 days tests on Monk’s Pepper (Step 2) show a 28% increase in skin moisturisation , 20% increase in skin firmness and 22% decrease in wrinkle depth.
